GSOM SPBU together with members of advisory board develops a training course for line managers

The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM), together with representatives of the GSOM Advisory Board, are developing a course on training line managers for corporations. The educational course will become one of the pilot projects as part of updating the Business School Strategy until 2025, one of the key tasks of which is to actively interact with the member companies of the Advisory Board in the training of qualified management personnel.
The course focuses on real business practices and a flexible approach that allows listeners to combine study with the workload. It is conducted online and includes case studies and training in a business simulator, the experience of business experts. This will create a stable base for employee growth as a young and promising team leader.
Program includes:
interaction with employees depending on their characteristics and personality types;
basics of team leadership;
management of employee performance, motivation and development;
personal manager career development.
The peculiarity of the course is short videos with the stories of business experts about their “best” mistakes and solutions. The first listeners will become 50 managers from AFK Sistema company.
